Corrections and updates
Updated
Prices, plans and libraries on VR sites change often. This page explains how we keep pages accurate and what happens when we get something wrong.
How often we re-check
- Prices: every week we read each site's join page and update any price that changed. Each review shows the date prices were last read.
- Reviews: re-read whenever a site changes its plans, features or library size, and at least every three months.
- Guides: updated when a headset, app or player changes in a way that affects the steps.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the page and what is wrong. A screenshot of the site's own page helps us check faster. We read every report.
What we do with it
- We check the claim against the site's own pages or another primary source.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page and add a line to its update history with the date and what changed.
- If a correction changes a verdict, we say so at the top of the review.
We do not remove critical findings because a site asks us to, and commissions never decide a verdict. More: how we review · affiliate disclosure.
